Common questions
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is counted when AnswerTide delivers its first substantive answer or performs a customer-requested tool action in a thread. Later messages in that thread stay included until 24 hours of inactivity; greetings, widget opens, canned refusals, contact-form submissions, and handoffs without a substantive answer are not billable.
How do I start?

Can it make things up?
It's built not to. It answers only from content you approved, cites the page, and checks every link against the pages it indexed. If your website doesn't cover it, it says so and offers a person.
